1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

The service provides AI-powered creative tools, including text-to-image generation, image editing, style transfer, reference-based creation, and optional quality enhancements. Features, models, limits, and pricing may change over time.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Billing and Credits

Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packs are billed in advance. Credits are scoped to the product or site where they are granted and may not be transferable across other products, domains, or legacy systems unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice, and taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation instructions provided on the active site, your account, or your billing receipt. Access continues through the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except for verified billing errors such as duplicate charges or incorrect charge amounts caused by our systems. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create, upload, or distribute content involving illegal activity, sexual exploitation, child safety violations, extreme violence, harassment, hate, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, spam, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may review, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when content or behavior violates these terms or creates operational, legal, or safety risk.

7. Ownership and Licenses

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us the rights needed to process that content and provide the service. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you own images you generate. The platform, software, branding, and service design remain our property or the property of our licensors.

8. Third-Party Providers

The service may rely on third-party AI, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, and payment providers. Their availability, policies, and limitations may affect the service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, lawful for every use, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, policy violations, illegal activity, abuse, or security risk. After termination, data may be deleted after a reasonable period subject to legal requirements.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes may be communicated by email, in-product notice, or updated postings. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
